Who are we?
BDM was incorporated in 2002 initially supplying the Automotive Sector with voice recording solutions. It soon became apparent that our products had a far wider appeal within other sectors and we branched out into new markets and haven’t looked back since. Even though we have grown rapidly we have never lost sight of our fundamental values:

Mike Surridge, Managing Director
Mike has a wide range of commercial experience, working both internationally and within the United Kingdom, primarily with blue chip companies in manufacturing, distribution and retail. His inspirational approach to business has made BDM the market leader it is today.

Sharon Powell, Finance Director
Sharon worked within the banking sector for over 10 years before joining BDM. Her role with BDM is to ensure that our client support and administration activities meet the highest of standards, at all times.

Paul Child, Lead Business Coach
Paul’s career started as a serving officer and helicopter pilot in the British army. As a Major in the army Paul was responsible for the training and motivation of other soldiers. Since then he has worked in senior roles in a variety of sectors. Paul’s drive, enthusiasm and focus bring commercial success to the many businesses he works with today.
