Who are we?

BDM Voice was incorporated in 2002 initially supplying the Automotive Sector with voice recording solutions. It soon became apparent that our products had a far wider appeal within other sectors and we branched out into new markets and haven’t looked back since. Even though we have grown rapidly we have never lost sight of our fundamental values:

    Mike Surridge, Managing Director

    Mike has a wide range of commercial experience, working both internationally and within the United Kingdom, primarily with blue chip companies in manufacturing, distribution and retail. His inspirational approach to business has made BDM Voice the market leader it is today.

  • Sharon Powell, Finance Director
    Sharon Powell, Finance Director

    Sharon worked within the banking sector for over 10 years before joining BDM Voice. Her role with BDM Voice is to ensure that our client support and administration activities meet the highest of standards, at all times.

    Paul’s career started as a serving officer and helicopter pilot in the British army. As a Major in the army Paul was responsible for the training and motivation of other soldiers. Since then he has worked in senior roles in a variety of sectors. Paul’s drive, enthusiasm and focus bring commercial success to the many businesses he works with today.

    Russell recently graduated from Loughborough University with an MSc in Automotive Retail Management. Since then he has developed a career strong in automotive and retail sales. Russell joined BDM Voice in the autumn of 2012 as Account Manager for the Northern division.

    With over 30 years’ experience Tony‘s entire career has been spent in the Telecoms industry. Having worked across all aspects of the industry Tony understands how the technological evolution has changed the way we work and live. Many people in the industry lead with the technology rather than consider how this contributes to a business’s success, Tony recognises that the technology is only the enabler and the true art is in the application.
