Our client, a medium size city based insurance broker was looking for a solution to their exposure to undocumented communications with their clients and the potential litigation which could arise out of apparent ‘discrepancies’.
The solution
BDM Voice was able to supply an in-line recording solution called ‘intuition’ which enabled the business to record all calls from nominated direct dials while maintaining the privacy of the Directors and eliminated the exposure of inaccurate declarations and ‘misunderstandings’.
