Q. Do I need to tell my staff that we are recording them?
A. There are legal requirements but they are not as restrictive as popular belief. Call us at BDM Voice and we will ensure you are fully aware of your obligations.
Q. Do I need to upgrade my existing equipment or invest in additional hardware or software?
A. Not for ‘Insight’ call recording. This system can interface with any telephone system so there is no need for any additional equipment, hardware or software. However for ‘Intuition’ we will install a server to record calls to and from specified direct dials.
